Welcome

Hi there! Welcome to my website. The purpose of this site is to introduce myself to you and to show my portfolio and project management experience. I hope you enjoy what you see and if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

A little about me. I've been in Instructional Design over 15 years and a graduate of the MSIDT Program and California State University, Fullerton in 2012. While at the university I excelled and discovered my true talents. Fast forward, here I am today with a multitude of amazing projects under my belt and ready to take on another mulitude of amazing projects.

Creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences is my passion. I love designing and developing all training materials. I've created a plethora of systems trainings and worked closely with IT departments. I've supported sales teams and HR creating scenario based training for many years and throughout my career I've created multiple Face-to-Face (F2F) or Instructor Led Trainings (ILTs).

I've designed learning plans for specific departments and for companies world wide. Whether designing for a piece of the pie or for the whole pie, each course is designed to satisfy the need and wants of the purpose at hand.

Video Production

It's funny, a few years ago I said to one of my colleagues, "I really need to learn more about video production." Then, out of the blue,

I got a series of contracts that primarily used video for learning and so for the past couple of years I've been doing a lot with video, from creation to edits. Using Camtasia and Premier Pro have allowed me to learn a lot about the process and I've been able to produce some fun and interesting results. Working with the different platforms (Vimeo, YouTube and company learning portals) has also been an interesting endeavor.
